- Each member can give 20 Rescue Orders; total per member can reach 50, boosting rescue rate from 40% to 90%.

Only troops completely lost in battle (not in Infirmary or Enlistment Office) can be recovered here. Troops in the Enlistment Office require Loyalty Points to recover.
